Our physicians are specialists in the field of occupational medicine and maintain timely communication with employers concerning: injury diagnosis, treatment plan, work duty status of the injured worker and appropriate work restrictions.
By proactively managing each case, utilizing advanced information and communication systems, we are able to measure patient outcomes, track treatment progress and ultimately return the injured employee back to work at full duty status as early as possible; thus improving employee productivity, minimizing lost time and unnecessary cost. At Medero Medical, we only specialize in occupational medicine. Each of our facilities is equipped and capable of providing trauma care with access to a micro emergency room set up; where our physicians could perform minor surgery, if needed. Patients are monitored with the support of advanced cardiac life support clinicians and we are capable of evaluating and treating most work place injuries. Each facility has x-ray capabilities, and prescriptive or non prescriptive medications are dispensed from the facility.
